Cancellation Policy
CAKES
We require a full 72 hours to give a refund for a cake and 7 full days to cancel a wedding cake.
BAKERY ITEMS/CUPCAKES
Full 24 hours
Cancelled orders in incur a 4% processing fee
Ordering Cakes
We ask for 3 days notice and during our busy season in May & June we recommend one week. We try and accommodate last minute orders within 48 hours if possible.
Ordering Cupcakes
We have cupcakes to grab and go every day in a wide variety of flavors. From time to time we do sell out, so ordering ahead is always a good idea. One day’s notice is all we need!
Bakery items
We have cookies, brownies and breakfast pastries that are available every day to grab and go or by order
Ordering Grab & Go Cakes
We do keep a selection of 6” & 7” cakes that are ready to go in our case, but they can sell out. We will happily add a message for no charge.
P R O D U C T C A R E
CAKE CARE
Cakes can be refrigerated up to 5 hours prior to serving. Most cakes are ok to sit at room temperature as long as the room isn't too hot!
Leftovers can be stored in an air tight container in the fridge or freezer.
CUPCAKE CARE
Cupcakes should be kept at room temperature. If you're not eating them the same day we would be happy to wrap the box in plastic then keep them on the counter. The fridge could dry them out!
If you're not eating them for a few days, wrapped cupcakes will freeze well!
BACKERY ITEMS
Store at room temperature and keep in an air tight container if you're not eating them same day.
